1. Describe the concern
Use the form or call (972) 288-3797. Provide your name, email, phone number and full property address. Describe visible symptoms or the project you have in mind, and mention any access restrictions or scheduling constraints.
The team contacts you to confirm eligibility and arrange the visit. A request is not an appointment reservation. If someone else will provide access, identify that person and coordinate the necessary permission.
2. Review the property in person
Point out the affected locations and explain when you noticed the condition. Prior repair records, reports and dated photographs can help provide context. The on-site discussion considers accessible conditions and relevant measurements rather than treating one symptom as a complete diagnosis.
Ask which areas were evaluated and what the available evidence supports. An inaccessible area or a question requiring another professional's assessment may limit the conclusion. Clarifying those limits helps establish the appropriate next step.
3. Review the proposal and engineering plan
When we recommend foundation repair, we provide an itemized proposal explaining the work and its intended purpose. The affected locations, access and restoration responsibilities belong in that discussion, along with any separate drainage or concrete work.
After approval, an independent structural engineer provides the engineering repair plans that establish the project requirements before repairs are scheduled. This connects the support locations and planned adjustment to the actual building. If a purchaser or another party needs a separate professional report, identify that deliverable early so it can be coordinated.
4. Carry out the planned repair
For a drilled-pier slab repair, the broad sequence is to access the planned locations, drill and form steel-reinforced concrete piers, allow the concrete to cure, and adjust the slab according to the independent structural engineer's guidelines. Interior supports or mudjacking are included where the particular repair plan calls for them.
Pier and beam work concentrates on the specified supports and beams beneath the raised floor. The work route, occupied areas and finish restoration are coordinated with that scope. Different systems require different physical work, which is why the schedule follows the plan.
5. Complete the independent engineer's final inspection
After Pro-Tech completes the repair work, an independent structural engineer conducts the final inspection. This follows the repair stage and is separate from Pro-Tech's initial no-cost property visit.
Review the final inspection findings and any follow-up items with the team. Keep the engineer's final inspection documentation with the repair plan and approved scope so the project record includes both the planned work and the review after completion.
6. Keep the project information useful
For authorized work, retain the approved scope and the relevant project documents with your property records. Follow the care or return-to-use instructions supplied for the specific work, particularly for new concrete and any installed drainage components.
If you later notice a concern, describe its location and timing and provide the relevant project records. A follow-up question is easier to understand when the original work area and written terms are available. Do not assume that every later symptom falls within an earlier repair scope.
