We use these details to respond to your request, arrange a property visit, and manage your inquiry. Submissions are stored for our team and a notification is sent to our administrative email address. This form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Photos and service providers

Property photos are stored privately and are available to authorized staff. Please avoid including people, documents, or other personal information that is not needed to explain your concern. Hosting, storage, and email providers process information as part of operating this website.

Essential website data

The inspection form uses essential session and security cookies. We use limited request data to prevent spam and duplicate submissions. The form's rate-limiting records use a keyed identifier rather than storing your raw IP address.

Website analytics

On our public website, we use Google Analytics to understand visits and completed inspection requests. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes information about your browser, device and website activity. Our inquiry tracking does not send your name, email, phone number, property address, notes or photos to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website configuration.

We do not load Analytics when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. You can also manage cookies in your browser or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Learn more in Google's privacy policy.
