Include your name, email address, phone number and complete property address. The street, city and ZIP code help the team identify the location and check service eligibility. Use contact details where you can be reached about arranging the visit.
Describe the concern in ordinary language. A room with an uneven floor, water collecting beside a wall or a driveway you want replaced is enough to begin. You can leave the service choice open if you are unsure.
Explain when you first noticed the condition and whether it has changed. Dated photographs, previous repair plans and reports may be useful context for the eventual appointment. There is no need to enter an unsafe area, uncover a support or disturb a finish to create inspection material.
For a planned project, describe the result you want and any related work already scheduled. For a purchase or another document deadline, identify the required deliverable so the team can discuss what the initial inspection provides.
Our approved counties are Dallas, Collin, Kaufman, Rockwall and Ellis. Addison is included. Carrollton is the specific exception to the county boundary; that exception does not extend to other neighboring cities.
Coverage in split-county cities depends on the full address. Frisco and Plano requests are limited to eligible Collin County addresses, while Grand Prairie and Cedar Hill requests are limited to eligible Dallas and Ellis County addresses. The team checks the location before arranging the visit.
If you are a tenant, agent, manager or someone contacting us on an owner's behalf, identify your role and the responsible property contact. Explain who can authorize entry and admit the team. Mention gates, pets, occupied spaces or an access restriction that may affect the appointment.
For commercial and municipal sites, include the specific building or suite and any check-in requirements. The person arranging an inspection and the person approving repair work may be different, so keep those responsibilities clear.
The team uses your request to contact you, confirm eligibility and arrange the in-person inspection. A submitted form does not reserve a date or time. Any scheduling constraints should be included in your message and discussed when the team reaches you.
The initial inspection is no-cost. If further professional evaluation or repair work is proposed, ask about its scope and terms before authorizing it. You can also call (972) 288-3797 to start the conversation.
